Which of the following survival manuals is best?
SAS Survival Handbook
United States Army Survival Manual (FM 3-05.70)
United States Air Force Survival Manual (AF 64-4).
Judging by amount of information, understandability, and usefulness in general, which is the best to follow?
There is good info in military manuals such as you reference. But I have found that much of what they have to teach is not what I need to know. Check out the link below to a good civvie manual that is aimed at getting a person through a tough spot in the real world, should everything quit working a while.
