How to get out of a Contracted ARMY ROTC Scholarship?
Freshman year I enrolled in ARMY ROTC at my university. I contracted and the Army Rotc was paying for my schooling and I also received a monthly allowance from them. They said something about I’m not obligated until my Sophomore year, is this true even though I contracted? I think it’s better off getting loans then Army. Please assist me with my current situation. Thanks
