How can I make a ball cap?

I want to know how to make a ball cap, or does anyone know any books r websites on how to make a ball cap. (‘m not talking about knitting) I NEED HELP!!!!

I have no idea, but from just looking at a ball cap, it looks like 6 triangles(size depending on size of head) sewn tips together at the top and the sides sewn together, then cut the shape of the bill out of new cardbored and cover it in material then sew it to the front. Then add a doubled over strip of material around the inside of the bottom of the cap. I bet if you just got a cap to look at and study, eventually you would get right after some trial and error.
