Is shipping black bear claws to england legal?
I have a black bear claw necklace that I want to send someone who lives in London, England. Is this legal?
I know endangered animals and products made from them are banned. Is the black bear endangered? I think the practical problem you could run into is proving what animal the jewelery is from. Go here http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/customs/banned-restricted.htm and see. I would contact customs first because they will confiscate the necklace rather than sending it back to you.
