Different, but I suggest looking at Sog knives if you are going to spend $40-$50. Smith and wesson knives look cool but the metal is cheaper and isn’t heat treated as well as SOG knives. SOG offers a lifetime warranty because even heavy wear shouldn’t break them. I carry a SOG flash ii black tini tanto blade that opens really quickly, has a thick blade, and is similar to the first knife you were looking at. The only thing I hate is the pocket clip but It really makes the knife look more like a pencil in your pocket lol. If you like bigger knives check into their 2011 catalog. I spent $60 NIB shipped for mine because it was an impulse buy when they just came out but I’m sure you can find a really great deal on other models. The flash is really common so you might wanna check it out.
