What is a good accent color to blue-black combination?
It’s cobalt blue (darker, a bit desaturated) and it looks sad with the black, though the clothes go together very well and the colors do work together after a fashion. I need an accent color to cheer it up a bit.
Can you please help me? I’m also a pale blonde and too violent contrasts overcharge me so all you see is the clothes, not me when I wear them 
I was thinking silver but you said too much contrast overpowers you so maybe a soft dove gray? That would give you the break in the dark colors you want without popping out too much.
