Knife Suggestions for Raw Bone?

(I put this in the dog section, as I feel more people feed raw in this section and may know more about this.) I’m currently switching my ferrets onto a raw diet, and right now my ferrets refuse to eat larger pieces of bone (we’re slowly going bigger), and also lack the jaw strength to chew through and entire bone right now. I’m also hoping to cut lengthwise to expose the marrow. Yesterday it took me 10 minutes to get about, Four 1/4 inch pieces of a wing, and all the meat fell off at that!! Is there a sort of butcher knife you guys suggest for cutting through raw bone?

We got a pair of hunting shears at Gander Mountain and use that to cut through the bone when we’re feeding.
