How to write resume?

How do you write a resume if you have not one job experience (not even babysitting or anything) and no volunteer hours?
I’m in band and orchestra and take cello lessons. I’ve also won the citizenship award in grade 8 (I’m in grade 9) and have averages in the 80s and 90s. I won a couple other awards too. I’m on the track + field team.

There are a few other things, like I was in cadets but only for like 3 weeks. I mean I haven’t officially quit but I haven’t been to Cadets for like a month. I was in girl scouts for a bit but that was completely retareted + I immediately quit after paying like 300 bucks for nothing…ugh. I also had a paper route but it really, really didn’t go too well and I once helped an old man paint his fence and varnish his deck. So can I still make a good resume and what should I put on it?

At your age you really don’t need a resume if you want write a short bio to leave we possible employers…
