If you lived in a large city, how much would you pay for the privilege of shooting a buck in a deer park?
within an hour’s drive of your house?
I live near downtown Los Angeles. I think I would pay 2k or 3k to shoot Red Stag or Fallow Deer, or Pere David deer within 100 miles of my house.
First of all if I lived in a large city I would shoot myself. Secondly, since those are not native critters the only place to hunt them would be in an exotic game hunting preserve and that hardly qualifies as hunting. More like shooting fish in a barrel. If thats what turns you on though go ahead go for it. Myself, I wouldn’t give a wooden nickel for it.
