Can I get visa extension in case of soon baby birth?
I am currently in the US as a J-2 visa holder together with my husband. Our J visa expires in 16 September 2011. My question is if to this date I will be expecting soon baby delivery can our visa be extended?
I don’t know if immigration facilitates anchor babies. You can go there and ask though, no harm in trying.
