Why does Cloud Strife think he’s a SOLDIER member?
I was wondering why Cloud Strife seems to think he’s Zack……. Is this from his severe case of Mako addiction or is this how he caries on Zack’s legacy?

cloud was injected with mako and jenova cells, while he was suffering from mako poisoning he tried to rebuild his memory and personality but jenova messed that up so he made himself think he was who he looked up to which was zack. however he did not have access to zacks memory of how he became a soilder and that is what led to him being insane anyway that is how i understand it.
