The reason you’re going to want to take good care of your money is because this is how you’re going to live day by day when you’re traveling. Since many places don’t accept credit cards overseas, or you’re just going to get attacked with fees, you may feel more comfortable using cash, rather than checks and credit cards.
So, what happens when you carry cash? Are you just going to throw it in your pocket or wallet? Honestly, this is a very bad idea because what you’re going to find out is that you can either lose it, or someone may target you for your money in your wallet. What is a money belt?
This type of belt is designed just like a belt. If I showed it to you in person, you wouldn’t even know it hides money. What you’re going to find out is that there are little hidden pockets where you can stuff away things such as your passport, money, and more.
The reason people use these belts is because it doesn’t look like anything out of the ordinary. If you were to say be a target or someone was going to steal something, you would realize that no one is going to want to steal a belt. This is the last thing that they would think about doing.
What is a good belt on the market?
There are a lot of them that are great. What you’re going to want to look out for one that looks legit. You don’t’ want something that is cheap and is going to fit uncomfortably.
The next thing that you’re going to want to look out for is if the belt has a pocket. This pocket is going to be what hides your money. Without that pocket, you really have no other place to hide it.
