benefits entitlement?

iam single parent to son of 16 years old. We live on £64 a week only. My son has emotional and behaviour disorder, Conduct disorder and Depressive disorder, with bi-polar tendencies thrown in.
He is verbaly and physcly agressive. he lies, steals, damages peoples property. has been arrested for anit social beahviour, exclued from his special school for over sexualized behaviour ( all boys school) is awake all hours. keeps asking for alchole ( i dont give ). He keeps selfharming :( . has destroyed his bedroom.
Was turned down for DLA because school sent report that he was ” having a good day”
i cannot afford to keep replacing items ranging from clothes, to cutlery.. carpets, curtains and furniture. waiting appointments from mental health team… i cannot work because i dont know what will happen if im not there…
Is there anything at all we are entitled to? im at wits end and balifs been to home because i cannot afford bills :(

I think you have to be 25 before being able to claim any benefits.
