location of “behind rover’s left front corner of the windshield” of a defender.?
It says there you can find a landrover defender chassis number as well.But I cant find that location in my landy.Please can somebody tell me de location of this (C/no is there near the spring mount and plate riveted. but not near the windshield.
Depends how old your land rover is I should think, putting the chassis number behind the glass started in the nineties, maybe later with landrover, helps easily identify cars with incorrect number plates, old bill can look through window at chassis number, wrong uns can do the same and apply for a copy of the log book! hope this helps
