join the us army or usmc?
I want to join the military and want to get recruited by the CIA as a Special Activities Division agent. I am planning to finish college before joining the military, Should I join the army or USMC and what special force (delta force, United States Marine Corps Special Operations Command), which is more likely to get recruited by the CIA. And should I join as an officer or should I enlist.
If you want to be recruited by the SAD, you better plan on putting about 20 years into special operations. Typically, they’ve been fans of Combat Applications Group, and Navy DEVGRU operators, but they pull people out of SF as well.
Since you need to have a college diploma to work for the CIA, unless you’re a very special operator, I would recommend finishing a 4-year college degree and then enlisting into the Army under the 18-X contract, or into the Navy with the BUD/S contract and be a SEAL.
Statistically speaking, you probably won’t make it that far, but you can always hope for it.
