The speed up the same amount. (Assuming we’re on a planet that doesn’t have gravity fluctuations)
I don’t feel like verifying, but I do know this. 32.5 meters shouldn’t be tall enough to make the ball reach max speed (the point where the object can’t go any faster because of air resistance), so both balls will speed up at 9.8m/s/s (If we’re on earth), including the small amount of air resistance.
Unless it was a paper ball.
