Should i join the rocky mountain elk foundation?
I live in the prime elk hunting area in colorado, but is it really worth joining?

Where you are you might see a benefit. I’m east of the Mississippi, but there is a chapter in my state. I see nothing they are doing. They promise money to other organizations in state, but getting the money is harder than pulling teeth with tweezers. If you want to put money in a conservation organization that may be a way to go where you live. Where I’m at, though, only National Wild Turkey Federation and the old guard Ducks Unlimited seem to do any real conservation work.
