how much pocket money should you save for a 2 week trip to England?
I want to go to England (specifically, Bath, UK) for 2 weeks at the end of May ’11 and into June ’11. The flight and hotel already totals almost $3000 US dollars. I know I’m going to have to eat and get around, too so I want to know how much pocket money I should save for that purpose. Souvenirs will be minimal.
The UK is expensive, expect next to your hotel cost to spend about 100 $US per day.
If you are very careful you might be able to get by on a little less, but not much.

Jagged Little Pill $3.97 Her intensely personal lyrics grabbed the headlines, but the bravest departure here is the way Morissette’s unique vocals stand naked in the mix–a technique that drives home the painful honesty of tracks like “Right Through You,” “Forgiven,” and “All I Really Want.” Sheryl Crow or an earthier Tori Amos are fair analogies, but Morissette is a genuine original with a rare ability to make listeners … |

Miami Vice $3.20 Like the film itself, the soundtrack to Miami Vice is no 1980s retro-ride. Sure, it opens with “In the Air Tonight,” but it’s a cover by nü metal band Nonpoint taken from their 2004 album Recoil. Director Michael Mann’s slick revisionist aesthetics are confirmed on two types of tracks. First, there are the dancefloor-friendly ones like “One of These Mornings” (a collaboration between Moby and Pat… |
