What’s the best type of knife to use to remove pearly penile papules?

I have a swiss army knife which has a small, thin blade which should be effective…but is there a more specialized utility knife for such a job? I’m thinking something along the lines of a filet knife, a mini-butterfly, or a hunting knife (only because those have saw-like ridges). Also, is it recommended that I be erect during the removal process? I’m estimating it would be much more efficient doing it that way. Lastly, should I use a rubberband to hold my foreskin back? The reason I ask that is I don’t want to be holding back my foreskin with one hand while cutting with the other, I want both hands free (don’t want any slips or mishaps). Thanks in advance.

Please do not remove your pearly penile papules with a knife. There are safer home remedies you can do to get rid of them that do not involve a knife.
