CA; am i allowed to have a concealed folding knife that is folded in public?
in public in CA, more specifically LA, can i carry a folding knife in my pocket that is 5 inches? fully closed, not open and not half open or anything like that. and no i dont mean switchblade or butterfly knife, just a regular folding knife with a lock.
