What types of solids can a 7 month old eat?
My daughter has no teeth yet.
She eats single and multi grain ceral and baby jar food but I would like to give her “real” table-type foods.
I tried Gerber Puffs and those seem to be working well if I cut them in half.
cubed bits of cheese
cubed steamed veggies
meat, just cook it to death, and shred it
noodles
rice
eggs, although I know you are supposed to feed either whites or yolks, can’t remember, I feed mine the whole egg. lol shes 9mos.
Just for fun, if you don’t mind the mess, I let mine sit in the high chair, wearing only a diaper, and let her feed herself raspberries, she loves it.
Also, I am sure she would be okay with the whole Gerber puff, they melt pretty fast.
