Horseman knife (ka bar)?
I’m a cowboy so I’ll be using this ka bar on horseback but I’m also a trapper so it will get wet from lakes rivers and rain while riding. I’m getting the full size cut I was wondering if the leather grip will stand up to being damp and wet. Or should I get the black or tan handle and are this heat resistance. Also it will get covered in blood
If you want a good utility knife it will work for you. But it sounds like you are going to be using it for trapping. If so a hunting knife would be bitter, like a buck or gerber
