Is it legal to use the Harley Davidson name and logo for our company’s promotion at a tradeshow?
We will be giving a Harley Davidson bike away at a tradeshow and are concerned about using their name and logo in our preshow and show advertising. We will not be charging for anything, but can we legally use these?
