help! how do u pin a cowboy hat to your head?!?!?

i am trying to figure out how to but i don’t know, my hat always catches the wind and blows off! i need it to stay on. how do i pin it to my head?!? be specific plz!

What I’ve seen is bobbi pins upward through the hair and then one side of the pin through the space between the sweatband of the hat and the inside of the hat material. 2, 3 or 4 pins seem to work. You may have to look to find the best places on the sweatband.

I went for a tighter hat, and that seems to have let me avoid pinning, so that’s another alternative.
