Does it really matter using a sushi knife or not?
Konichiwa ! so, I’m thinking of making sushi when i go back hoe and i was wondering if it really matter if i don’t use a sushi knife. if your like a SUSHI EXPERT give your advice. or any person or Asian person who make homemade sushi can help me out. ~ Thank You !
My best advice would be to get a well sharpened knife and protect the blade once it has been sharpened.
