Honey Brew question About Malt extracts?
I’m using Munton’s light liquid malt extract for a honey beer (first time honey brew). Most of the recipes I’ve seen use lager, or amber’s. Which have you tried and how do they compare?
I’m using crystal hops.
It should work fine – you’ll have a lower gravity than you would using an amber. But the honey addition will bump it up a bit.
