Definition of Nissl Body?

I know that in the cytoplasm of a cell body of a neuron there are various bodies that assist the impulse in moving quickly through the neuron. Neurofibrils and Nissl Bodies. Are Nissl bodies the enzymes in the cytoplasm or are they ribosomes that produce the enzymes in the cytoplasm? Layman’s Terms!

A Nissl body is an aggregation of Ribosomes. A group of Ribsomes in the neuron is called a Nissl body
