Kershaw Knives – Are they any good?
I am thinking about buying a assisted opening scallion knife? Are they good and hows the quality? Thanks.
The Kershaw scallion, leek etc. designed by Ken Onion are all well constructed good knives. The only flaw with the ones I own is they seem to be harder tempered than 440 on the Rockwell scale which makes them harder to sharpen and sometimes brittle.
