How do you disarm someone who has grabbed you from behind and is holding a knife to your neck?
I’ve seen a few knife disarming videos, but they all involve the attacker holding the knife in front of himself as if he wants you to disarm him. That’s still scary, but I’m more concered about what you do when you’re grabbed from behind and they’re holding a knife to your neck.

this is what I was taught at a self defence class about a year ago if someone grabs you from behind: ‘SING!’
S – STOMACH – ELBOW THEM THERE AS HARD AS YOU CAN.
I – INSTEP – STEP DOWN HARD ON THE TOP OF THEIR FOOT.
N- NOSE – PUNCH HARD UPWARDS INTO THEIR FACE.
G – GROIN – KICK EM HERE AS HARD AS YOU CAN
