How do I get a piece of a broken knife out of my lock? ?

My mom has my room key, and my rooms locked. This happens fairly often, and I normally use a knife to get in my room, but the knife just broke and yeah.

Well the screw removal would do the trick if you could get to them. But they are normally on the opposite side of the key. You might be able to use a flat roll of duct tape. If you roll it with a point sticking out it is very tacky so it might adhere to the knife tip.
