i was recently in court facing charges of threat to kill and possession of a large hunting knife?
the knife wasn’t found on me and only witnesses said it was my knife the police found. the case has been dropped. due to lack of evidence.but what i want to know is will this still be on my criminal record now it has been discharged because i am thinking of training for my sia liecence to become a security guard but there’s no point if i have that on my record no body will employ me.so should it of been removed? or can i appeal to get it removed
The case was dropped due to lack of evidence therefore you were not convicted so nothing will appear on your criminal record
