Knife Letter
I have been arrested for possession of a bladed article (kitchen knife) what will happen to me in court ?
I work in care and have been living with domestic violence as my flat mates bf abused her. i had been drinking and was in the communal front garden. I have been told i cannot go into work as police have sent a letter to employer and am worrying as i am not a bad person and have no past record of violence i do however have a record.
my brother has just been done for a kitchen knife.
he has no previous but because of the recent publicity regarding knife crime etc it is being highly frowned upon.
he has just come out of remand after 5 weeks and a large court battle on a tag until his court hearing in november.
we also had to put up a large surity.
