Can a minor carry a knife with a 3.5 inch blade in Texas?
Well i got a winchester knife with a 3.5 inch blade the other day, the blade locks in and its not a throwing knife, the blade has 1 edge and it looks a lot like this http://www.bigcountrysupply.com/wincheseter-limited-edition-folding-knife-in-collectors-tin.aspx
I would like to know if i can carry it around legally as a 14 year old.
Oh also does it have to be hidden? or can it be obvous that i have it?
