Why does my wooden cutting board warp?
My wooden cutting board was given to me as a gift with a knife set. I was told to put vegtable oil on it and I did. Everytime I clean the board, it warps. I do not believe the oil has anything to do with it warping and bowing. When I flip it over it goes back to normal in a little while. Is there anything I can do to make it stop bowing and warping? I’m afraid it’ll break because when it warps it rocks back and forth until I flip it over.
Use both sides of the board Ex flip the board every day or so —– so it gets the same amount of moistuer every day or so
