What is a good inexpensive pocket knife for every day carry?

I have large hands, so I am looking for a good solid folder that has a grip of at least 4 inches. But I also live in Michigan, so I need a blade length of under 3 inches. I also don’t want to break the bank. I think 30 dollars is about the highest I’d like to go. Does anyone know of any good quality knives that meet these specifications?

I like Columbia River M16 but it is hard to beat a stockman or even a trapper
