Where can I buy a large leg of lamb in Phoenix, Arizona directly from a butcher shop at a wholesale price ?
I would like to purchase one that is about 15 pounds, more would be nice. The ones in the store are about five pounds or so, and that’s pretty small for a holiday dinner at our house. Can anyone direct me to a local butcher shop or meat supplier that deals with the general public and not necessarily meat distributors that deal with restaurants. I would greatly appreciate anyone’s help here.
