Where do they sell large shoes in Texas?

I am looking for a place to buy men’s shoes in a size 16 EEE. I would specifically like to find a place in Houston or Austin where one can actually go in and try shoes on, as size and fit are hard to get right over the internet. My poor friend can never find any that fit and he is on his last pair of shoes, which are currently held together with duct tape. PLEASE HELP! Thanks!
