A Stress Free Wedding Is The Way Forward
Flowers can say so many things and they can make such a difference to any event.
A while ago I attended my sister’s wedding. My sister and her future husband had seen an advertisment on eBay for bids on a complete wedding package. They decided to start bidding because they really liked the idea of a whole wedding package already being organised for them.
They were really pleased as the date set for the wedding was 14th February, and this was only a matter of a few weeks away. How fantastic to actually get hitched on Valentines Day with virtually no hassle whatsoever.
Right up until the last minute they were winning the bids, then unfortunately they were beaten by somebody else who had been bidding.
Obviously they were really disappointed but it had made them realise that they wanted to get married sooner rather than later. They decided to approach the hotel where the original wedding was set and see if they could do anything for them. The hotel had a space available on March 7th and they would organise everything except the wedding dress and flowers.
Finding a Birmingham Florist was a very simple task, and didn’t take too long at all. In fact my sister even managed to sort out a friend’s birthday flowers at the same time!
My sister had set her heart on a certain style of wedding dress, so this we thought was going to be quite a mission to find. She was so lucky because her local wedding shop had her ideal dress in stock and low and behold it was in her size, it was an absolute miracle.
Now all there was left to organise was getting my sister and her groom to the hotel. A friend of theirs owns a limousine, so that was another job sorted.
Finally we were all set for the big day, when with great sadness we heart that our cousin had sadly passed away after a long illness. Unfortunately for my sister, whilst picking up her bridal bouquet, she also had the sad job of ordering some funeral flowers.
However, the big day was finally upon us and although naturally we were all very sad about our cousin passing away, we still had to make the most of the day. The weather was beautiful, the venue was stunning and we all had just that little bit too much to drink. You have to sometimes let your hair down and what better place than a family wedding!
