Made Folding

I am looking at a wasr Romanian ak-47 and a Yugoslavian folding stock ak-47. Which one is made better?
Any help on this selection would be appreciated. I’ve heard that the Yugoslavian Ak-47 was a far better clone than the Romanian one.
I own both.
I agree, the Yugo is a much better constucted AK clone. It is also built a lot tougher than the Romy. Typical AK’s are built with a 1mm thick receiver, the Yugo’s are built with 1.6mm receivers making them a little heavier, but a lot more durable. Remember though… Yugoslavia lacks chromium deposits, so NONE of their AK’s have chrome lined barrels, many other AK’s do, including my Romy. One thing to keep in mind with the Yugo… Its specs are unique compared to other AK’s, so all the stuff you see in the catalogs WILL NOT fit the Yugo unless specifically mentioned. This includes handguards, gas blocks, grips, and stocks if you buy the M70AB1. the M70AB2 is the underfolder. By the way, no matter how tight the underfolder is, the folding stock always wiggles a bit, don’t be suprised. You’ll be very happy with it though.
A lot of people will knock the WASR as being a bottom of the barrel AK, but honestly I don’t see why. True, its finish isn’t as pretty, but mine still goes bang everytime I pull the trigger. This is the cheaper option.
