Ate Maple & Brown Sugar Instant oatmeal for breakfast and felt fatigued after?

Before Breakfast: Took one gel tablet of Nature’s secret digestive enzyme because I have low tolerance to: wheat, eggs, milk… I bloat, feel fatigued and break out in eczema.

For breakfast I ate the Brown Sugar & Maple Instant Oatmeal with a big egg white omlette, banana and green tea for breakfast. After eating I felt tired, weak, anxious and depressed. Then about an hour later not being able to handle the exhaustion ate a turkey sandwhich on whole wheat. I felt a bit better afterwards and had some energy.

What went wrong?

Big breakfasts can make you feel fatigued. Some people say a banana can tire them out when they eat it. So it could be anything or all the things at the same time. Small frequent meals may be better for your body type than the old three square meals a day.
