Master Knife
need some help with my butterfly knife?
I got a butterfly knife yesterday, it works very well for the price but one thing that is happening is that the ‘safe’ handle is stiffer than the bite handle and squeaks a lot, I don’t want to spray stuff all over it in case I mess it up, what can I use? Also is there any basic tips you can tell me with ‘the thumb twirl’ thats the trick im trying to master at the moment, thanks in advance!
What you can do for the safe handle is put some mineral oil on it if you have any laying around your house. Also if the handle is to tight, it’s easy to adjust if it uses screws, for pins I’m not quite sure. Just wipe off the excess and you don’t need a lot.
When I hear the “thumb twirl” I think of the y2k rollover, just the name I learned for it, which I’m guessing are the same. Just a single rollover over your thumb right? For tips of that trick only tip I can think of would be to hold the knife sideways instead of straight up and down. That’s what I did while learning the trick before I did it straight up and down, it helped me maybe it’ll help you too.
