Is allergic to nickel metals a DQ for the military?
I get allergies to nickels that are on my skin and it turns red. So instead, I wear stainless steel or plastic buckels or watches.
This happes ONLY with nickels. Other metals I have no problem with.
I do not think this is a DQ from the Military. This has definitely be a rare allergy i have ever heard about. If you need a waiver the Recruiter will let you know. The best way to find out is call your local recruiter and ask the questions. I know things change almost on a daily basis of what is allowed and what is a DQ issue. Good luck to you.
