Where can a purchase a rivet nut tool?

I’m installing a roof rack and this special tool is required to insert the rivet nuts into the roof of my mini van. I have looked everywhere and I can seem to find the right tool for the job. The best description I can give is that it looks like a bolt with two heads. Two wrenches are required in the use of this tool.

What you are looking for a tool that installs “nut-serts”. It looks like a pop rivet tool (handle that you squeeze).
