Night Owl

How come I was born a night owl?
Ever since I can remember I do everything better at night. I concentrate better. I eat better. I can exercise better. But I don’t sleep better. Nothing new to me, it has been constant since my early teens. Just wondering how come I’m different. Any and all suggestions are appreciated
