Nitro Assisted

Im looking for general guidance regarding strength training. How many reps and how many days a week should?
I lift? I have a bench press and a 35lb barbell. Im not looking to get totally ripped as soon as possible. I just want a weekly schedule for lifting. I was assuming myself 3 sets of 10 reps for benching and 3 sets of barbell lifts 6 days a week. Is this good? Im also taking Nitro-tech as a supplment to assist me with my muscle gain. I want to gain a bigger arm size as well as a bigger chest. Im not looking to get ripped, just bigger and stronger. Thanks.
Just to add, Im 6’4″, 240 pounds, average to muscular build, and havent lifted in a long time.
Exercise muscle groups every other day. 3 sets of 8-10 repititions works well. Have fun.
