About California knife laws?
Would it be legal to own an HK 14460 Nitrous Blitz in California? It’s a spring-assist folder with a 3.4 inch blade.
By State law, yes the Nitrous Blitz is legal in California. Spring-assisted knives are not switchblades, and the state has no length limit (though certain counties and large cities do).
