Old Bone

Is there anything that can be done for an old broken bone?
I broke my middle toe 7 years ago, but not the toe part of the toe, lower down on the toe bone, about 2 inches past where the toe stops. I never knew it was broken, just suspected, until last year when I had an xray for another reason. Every time there is a low pressure system and about 50% of the rest of the time, it hurts….a lot. It effects my walking. I am an otherwise healthy 24 year old. Is it just going to hurt forever or do doctors every go in and correct old breaks sometimes?
I am not 100% sure but you could have surgery on it
