Immediate help stop my craving please

PLEASE someone say something to make me not go into the kitchen and eat a bag of aged chedder and onion ripple chips on the counter…
I already binged yesterday and I’m still a tiny bit bloated from it! I’ve worked so hard this summer to tone up I need someone to REALLY get me to not want those chips! 1 will lead to the whole bag & I just ate a healthy lunch about 40 minutes ago.. What can I do?

and all that fat in those chips will make u become obese.
u will gain 50 pounds immediately after eating them, then another 700!!!!!!!!!!
go eat an apple and dont add to that HUGE stomach of yours!!!!
