how do u get the card to open the door in the department store in Pokemon soul silver?
in pokemon soul silver u have to beat giovanni right. and there is a door in the basement of the department store… soo how do u get the card to open the door?? i went to the radio tower but theres a team rocket blocking me from going up the radio tower…
Er… None of those things, actually.
Instead, you go to the Underground Path in Goldenrod City and have your picture taken in the Team Rocket outfit. But this time, you keep the outfit and go visit the Team Rocket member in the Radio Tower.
