how much would it cost to open a mini bakery?
I want a small bakery type of business in my home but I think I need a paper(s) (sp) to do so, I have a culinary arts certificate and cake decorating experience too!
Is there a way I can do so without getting into trouble from the law or anything?
Do an internet search for the Small Business Development Center and Small Business Administration. The Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) are located all across the country. They’re funded by the federal government for the sole purpose of helping people open small business – that includes people like you who are wanting to open a home-based business. They’ll work you through the process of writing a Business Plan to present to potential lenders, and they’ll also be able to point you in the right direction of any paperwork and other legal issues you’ll need to address. The services offered by the SBDC are free.
